Packaging & Delivery
Online orders are normally human-packed and delivered within 3-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Small note: orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday are processed from the following Monday only.
Order cancellation
It is possible to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours* of purchase, by writing to us at

Once this period has elapsed, it is no longer possible to make any changes or cancellations.
Express delivery
Postal delivery is by expedited parcel with tracking number via Purolator.
Free delivery in Canada only, for orders under $125.00 + tax*
Local delivery
Local delivery is also available.
Please check at checkout if you have a choice of local delivery, Thetford and surrounding areas. $12.00 + tax for orders under $125.00 + tax
Free for orders over $125.00 + taxes (excluding promotional codes and digital products or gift cards).
Lost, stolen or damaged package • Wrong address
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, damaged, or misdelivered by Purolator. Customers are responsible for verifying their delivery address when completing their order. We are not responsible if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the delivery address. For any package returned to us due to a delivery error originating from the customer (forgetting to enter the apartment number or the wrong address, for example), a return delivery fee is charged.
We are not responsible for items stolen from an order after it has been delivered.
